Erik Ostrom / Developer
Erik is a talented Ruby on Rails developer who took up the Altrooist baton and got us across the finish line. As a musically inclined computer nerd, he lists “built a do-gooder website while playing the accordion” amongst his greatest acts of kindness.
Boo Davis / Designer
Boo is a design genie with magical powers far exceeding her 5’2″ frame. A heavy-metal loving craft book author who much prefers brownie batter to actual brownies, she proudly lists “pets all stray cats she sees” as her favorite act of Altrooism.
Gary Love / Front-end Developer
Gary’s a geek. As a beneficial side effect (think tapeworms helping you lose weight) he can produce some fine lookin’ HTML/CSS. His claims to fame include having his Twitter username usurped by a man and his special sauce, as well as teaching his children how to stay safe during a zombie attack. As far as his do-gooding goes, he thinks his name says it all.
Heather Quintal / Founder
Heather’s primary responsibilities around Altrooist HQ are talking herself out of requesting unnecessary features, building community and making sandwiches for the squirrel family that lives in the oak tree outside the window. She lists “smiling at strangers” as her most frequently done good deed.

Our original developer, Mr. Eric Hodel, was instrumental in shaping the Altrooist you see before you. One Mr. Andrew Saeger also added his creative umph and worked with us to produce illustrations and design elements that help to make Altrooist the good looking website it is today.
